At XXLAGER, you rent your storage room flexibly and cancel monthly. Your furniture is kept in dry, clean and video-monitored rooms. Transport aids such as trolleys and pallet jacks are available free of charge.

we recommend 7-15 sqm from 40 EUR per week.
How long can I store furniture?
As long as you like. There is no maximum duration. Minimum term is 1 month,
then cancellable monthly with 14 days notice.
Is my furniture insured?
Yes. Basic insurance up to EUR 4,000 is included in the rental price.
You can optionally extend the coverage when booking.
How large should the storage unit be for furniture?
For individual furniture pieces, an XS unit (1-3 sqm) is sufficient. For 1-2 rooms we recommend M (7-15 sqm),
for an entire apartment XL (16-96 sqm).
Can I access my furniture at any time?
Yes. You have daily access from 06:00 to 22:00 via app -
no appointment, no key.
Will my furniture get damp in the storage unit?
No. Our storage rooms are dry, clean and frost-proof.
Heat sensors monitor the temperature in the units.
Does XXLAGER also offer pickup?
Yes. At the Wittenau and Pankow locations, pickup is free for 5-12 sqm with a 6-month term.
What is the minimum time I have to store furniture?
The minimum term is one month.
After that the contract is cancellable monthly with 14 days notice to the end of the month.
Furniture storage after water damage - who pays?
It depends on the specific insurance case (e.g. contents or building insurance).
The storage unit itself you get from us immediately and flexibly, so your furniture stands safely during drying.
