The company collects and stores the aforementioned data. This collection helps to continuously improve the service. Customers are free not to provide certain information.
3.2.2 Use of Data
The company uses data to process the service used and to take account of customer requirements and interests. MAXFLI Beteiligungs GmbH will never sell, rent or otherwise make personal data available to third parties.
The company may use data in particular as follows:

- to resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems
3.3 Disclosure of Data
Only employees responsible for contract fulfilment or data protection have access to customer data.

Website analytics run on a self-hosted, cookieless solution (Umami). No cookies are set, no personal profiles are created and IP addresses are not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in statistical analysis of website usage (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
Only after explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, Sec. 25 (1) German TTDSG) does this website use Google Ads Remarketing provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Cookies or comparable technologies are then used to show visitors of this website interest-based ads on Google advertising surfaces. Data may be transferred to Google servers, including in the USA.
Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer. Without consent, no marketing cookies are set and the website remains fully usable.

4. Customer Rights
The customer has the following rights under the GDPR:
a) Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
The right to obtain information about the personal data processed, in particular regarding the purposes of processing, data categories, recipients, retention periods, and automated decision-making.
b) Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
The right to request the immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete personal data.
c) Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
The right to request the erasure of stored personal data, provided that processing is not required for other purposes.
d) Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
The right to request the restriction of processing of personal data under certain conditions.
e) Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
The right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or to request its transfer to another controller.
f) Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
The right to withdraw consent at any time without stating reasons. This must be addressed to the contact person named below.
g) Right to Lodge a Complaint (Art. 77 GDPR)
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, typically at the usual place of residence or workplace.
5. Right to Object and Right of Withdrawal
If data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the customer may object to the processing of personal data, particularly in the case of direct marketing.
