Who can use the online portal?

The portal is available to all customers who signed a self storage contract from 1 January 2026 onwards.

How do I log in?

Click on "Log in now" and use the credentials you received by email when booking.

What can I manage in the portal?

You can view booking details, change personal data and update your payment information.

My contract is older - what can I do?

For older contracts and certain products (basements, commercial spaces, parking), please contact us directly by email or phone.

How do I cancel my contract?

You can submit your cancellation via our online cancellation form.
The cancellation notice period is 14 days to the end of the month.
