What is the cancellation notice period?
The cancellation notice period is 14 days to the end of the month.
Can I also cancel at the next possible date?
Yes. Simply select "at the next possible date" -
we will calculate the date based on your contract terms.
When will I receive a confirmation?
You will receive a written confirmation within 3 business days
by email to the address on file in your contract.
Do I need to clear out the unit beforehand?
Yes. Please clear your storage unit completely by the cancellation date
and leave it in a clean condition.
When will I get my deposit back?
The deposit will be refunded within one month after the rental ends,
minus any outstanding charges or cleaning costs.
